Sessions will provide an introduction to the brain, the nervous system and their role in supporting healing. Participants will also be introduced to the eight limbs of yoga; and how movement, stillness, breath, and reflection practices can support individual healing, as well as engagement with the community.

- All movements are optional.
- You do not need to attend all dates.
- Offered to survivors, ages 15 years old to adult.
