Mindful Movement is a space to re-engage the mind-body connection in an environment that offers choice, resources, and support.
- Provided online via Zoom. (Turning on your camera is optional.)
- Offered to survivors of domestic abuse or sexual assault, ages 15 years old to adult.
- No experience needed.
- All movements are optional.
- You do not need to attend all dates.
