Deb O’Leary, CEO, will share a State of the Organization address that highlights recent achievements, current priorities, and the strategic direction guiding the YWCA’s next phase of work. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of how the YWCA West Central Michigan continues to expand access to safety, healing, and opportunity while confronting the barriers that stand in the way of equity.

In Her Honor is a celebration of women who uplift, inspire, and lead with purpose. This luncheon brings together community leaders, changemakers, and allies to reflect on the impact of women across every field and to celebrate those whose voices and vision continue to move us forward. Rooted in the YWCA’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women, In Her Honor recognizes the transformative power of women’s leadership. It’s about amplifying stories of strength, honoring those who create space for others to rise, and building community around the shared pursuit of equity, justice, and dignity for all.
Arise! Equity in Action
Arise! shines a light on the issues that continue to shape our community and the work that calls each of us to act. It creates space to examine the realities of racial and gender inequity, the need for economic justice, and the ongoing effort to support and uplift survivors of domestic and sexual violence. It is also a time to acknowledge the challenges that remain, to celebrate progress made through courage and compassion, and to move forward together in the shared pursuit of a more just and inclusive future.
Iron Chef Strolling Gala
The Iron Chef Strolling Gala is a culinary competition and community celebration that brings together local chefs, community leaders, and YWCA supporters for an unforgettable evening. Guests enjoy tastings, live entertainment, and the thrill of friendly competition as they vote for the next Iron Chef YWCA. The event raises essential funds to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence, creating a space where creativity, purpose, and community come together.
