11:30 a.m. Networking
12 – 1:30 p.m. Luncheon
JW Marriott Hotel
Downtown Grand Rapids
You’re invited to hear from Tina Tchen, a leader at the forefront of the movement for women’s rights in the post #MeToo era. As president and CEO of TIME’S UP Now and the TIME’S UP Foundation, she oversees efforts to change culture, companies, and laws in order to make work safe, fair, and dignified for all. From her work in the White House to corporate law, Tina can see across industries and policies to know what truly effects change. She will provide inspiring insights on how we can learn and transform our workplaces and communities in ways that promote diversity and inclusivity.
Open Circle is a table-hosted event, with volunteer Table Captains who host a table by gathering at least nine guests, each of whom attends the luncheon AND commits to a YWCA gift of at least $100.
For those who would like to attend Open Circle, but aren’t sitting with a Table Captain, please reserve individual seats with a donation of $100 or more per seat when you make your reservation, no later than March 4. There will be assigned seating at the event, so if you wish to attend with someone we ask that you please reserve your seats together.
To reserve seats, contact Lauren Sikkema at email@example.com or 616.426.3716. Complimentary child care is available (must reserve by March 4).
