Mindful Movement provides an opportunity for survivors to re-engage the mind-body connection in an environment that offers choice, resources, and support.

  • Offered to survivors of domestic abuse or sexual assault, ages 15 years old to adult.
  • No experience needed.
  • Provided online via Zoom. (Turning on your camera is optional.)
  • All movements are optional.
  • You do not need to attend all dates.
