Open to adult survivors of domestic abuse or sexual assault.

Befriending Ourselves + Others will provide survivors with support, mindfulness practices, education, and resources as they continue developing a gentler relationship with themselves after abuse and venture into making safer social connections.

This group meets online. Cameras are optional. There is no cost to participate. Attendance at each session is encouraged, but not required.
