Our Table Captains are the reason that “Circle” continues to be an exciting and meaningful part of our community’s calendar and the YWCA’s ability to serve those who turn to us each and every day.
While central to Open Circle’s success, the role of a Table Captain is simple:
- Secure 9 guests (or more) to attend the luncheon on April 14, 2010 and commit to donate a gift of at least $100.
- Act as a hostess/host for your guests at the luncheon and educate them about YWCA services.
- Communicate guest list updates via fax, email or phone to the YWCA.
The YWCA’s staff provide you with all the materials you need to be successful -- background information, scripts, confirmation cards, etc.
(In short, you get the guests and we’ll do the rest.)
